FAQs

Is the EcoXCharge Clip waterproof?

Yes. The EcoXCharge Clip meets the IPX7 waterproof standard. The EcoXCharge Clip can be submerged and exposed to water, as long as the rubber cap is on the charge port. Make sure the EcoxCharge Clip is fully dry before using.

What is IPX7?

The IPX7 Waterproof Standard means that the product is protected against water immersion. ECOXGEAR tests all their products by submerging them in AT LEAST 3 feet of water. This means that our products, including the EcoDrift can withstand use in the water. Be careful of other products that claim to be waterproof but are only IPX5 or less. They will leak and sink to the bottom of the pool under the fun conditions above.

Does the EcoXCharge Clip need any batteries?

No, the EcoXCharge Clip comes with a built-in Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery. If the battery is drained, use the provided USB cable to re-charge. It usually takes 2.5 hours to fully recharge from a low battery state.

Not that good

this thing is very chunky for the size battery in it and the led lights to say it’s charging you can’t even see, I had no clue if it was charging/ if it was fully charged or how much charge it has left
